Digital libraries track is focusing on digital libraries and associated issues transcending social, technical and practical perspectives. It encompasses areas, including but not limited to, access to digital libraries, new means of collecting storing, organizing and distributing digital content, digital preservation and archiving, theoretical models of digital library systems as well as domain specific applications, such as e-commerce, cultural heritage, etc.
